With just under a week to go until Ghost kicks off their new live era with their latest tour; 'Skeletour' (debuting at Manchester's AO Arena), we thought we would get you in the mood of our Top 5 most likely to be played songs that will get the crowd hyped!
5 - SATANIZED (Skeletá)
Not only is this the first single of the new era, 'Satanized' is a catchy number with plenty of opportunity for crowd participation at 'Skeletour', especially with those 'Blasphemy, Heresy' chants!
4 - Stand By Him (Opus Eponymous)
Let's take it back to where it all began. 'Stand By Him' was the first song written by frontman Tobias Forge under the original Swedish title 'Satan's Natt'. Lifelong fans will welcome this song back onto the setlist.
3 - Dance Macabre (Prequelle)
A true masterpiece in how to write the catchiest 'end of the world' song. We can't see this disappearing off the setlist anytime soon! A true Ghost classic.
2 - Year Zero (Infestissumam)
"I miss when Ghost were more Satanic" cries the internet comment section. Fear not, as 'Year Zero' often quenches the thirst for the more 'satanic' Ghost. (Having said that with the amount of pyro that usually goes off during this number, rehydration is needed).
1- Ritual (Opus Eponymous)
'Ritual' has been a staple of the set for almost every Ghost tour, with it being played a whopping 851 times out of the 898 shows performed. It also acts as a pet name to the gigs themselves with many fans stating they attend Ghost 'Rituals'.
